Returns:

iBFrank will only accept the return of unopened and unused items due to health regulations. All returns must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase for a refund. Any products received after 30 days will be issued a store credit. At this moment, iBFrank will not be able to offer exchanges for refund products.

* Description of items you would like to return

iBFrank will provide instructions on how to return the products.  Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the original shipping costs.
